The beef we sell is raised from birth on our farm. Our calves are born on certified organic pastures. Our beef is grass fed and grain finished as cattle spend summers grazing lush grass/legume pastures and are finished on grain to add marbling and richer flavor.
We do not use any artificial growth hormones or antibiotics to aide in the growth of our animals. By giving cattle access to fresh air and nutritious feed we are able to keep them happy and healthy.
We sell freezer beef by the ¼ ½ and whole animal as well as a 20lb bundle consisting of a mixture of steaks, roasts and ground beef. Custom processing can be done to your specifications.
We send beef to the processor periodically throughout the year. If we do not have any in stock we will put you on a first come first serve wait list until the next crop is ready. The customer is responsible for paying processing as well as pick up. Our main processor is Hillsdale County Meats in Waldron Michigan. Requests to use other processors are available for full animal orders.
